Ingredients
- ½ container @masalagossipofficial chana masala curry sauce
- 1 can chickpeas
- ½ cucumber (diced)
- ½ red onion (diced)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice from ½ lime
- Sea salt & Pepper
- Corn tortillas
Directions
- Start out by draining chickpeas. Add to a pan on medium high heat. Add ½ container @masalagossipofficial Chana Masala Curry Sauce. Stir and season with sea salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
- While Chana Masala Curry Chickpeas are cooking combine cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
- Remove chickpeas from the pan. Toast tortillas on high heat on both sides.
- Assemble your tacos
