Ingredients
- @masalagossip tikka masala curry sauce
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ red onion sliced
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Parsley
- Egg wash
- Olive oil
- Seasonings: sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & parsley
Method
- Start out by marinating your chicken in about 4 tbsp tikka masala sauce.
- Saute red onions in olive oil in a pan on medium high heat.
- Remove from the pan once tender and add your marinated chicken.
- Saute chicken until fully cooked. Cut a sheet of puff pastry into fourths.
- Add red onions, chicken, and 1 tsp of tikka masala sauce.
- Close 2 corners of puff pastry together.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 mins.
- Top with parsley and enjoy!
