Chicken Tikka Masala Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • @masalagossip tikka masala curry sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Parsley
  • Egg wash
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings: sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & parsley

Method

  1. Start out by marinating your chicken in about 4 tbsp tikka masala sauce.
  2. Saute red onions in olive oil in a pan on medium high heat.
  3. Remove from the pan once tender and add your marinated chicken.
  4. Saute chicken until fully cooked. Cut a sheet of puff pastry into fourths.
  5. Add red onions, chicken, and 1 tsp of tikka masala sauce.
  6. Close 2 corners of puff pastry together.
  7. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 mins.
  8. Top with parsley and enjoy!
