Vegan Recipe options: Tofu, Vegetable or Chickpea Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- 1 box @masalagossipofficial Tikka masala sauce
- 1 Tbsp oil of your choice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt
- Cilantro for garnishing
Method
- Add oil in a pan and saute chicken for 5 mins. on medium heat. Keep it aside
- In the same pan add Tikka Masala Curry Sauce, water and heavy cream. Simmer for a couple of mins.
- Mix the sauteed chicken and cook for another 10-12 mins until chicken absorbs the sauce.
- Remove once fully cooked.
- Garnish with cilantro. Serve over rice
