Ingredients
- @masalagossip tikka masala curry sauce
- naan bread
- red onion
- sweet peppers
- cilantro
- mozzarella cheese
- olive oil
- seasonings: sea salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder
Method
Marinate your chicken for best results*
- Saute sliced peppers and red onion in a pan with olive oil and a dash of sea salt and pepper until tender.
- Add about ¼ cup of @masalagossipofficial tikka masala curry sauce to diced chicken breast.
- Season with sea salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder.
- Cook on medium high heat in the same pan stirring frequently until fully cooked.
- Pre toast the bottom half of your naan bread in an air fryer on 400 for 6-7 mins.
- Add @masalagossipofficial tikka masala curry sauce to the top of naan bread along with the chicken, mozzarella cheese, peppers, & red onion.
- Cook on 400 for 10 mins or until the cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro & enjoy!
